SHIPPING POLICY:

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping charges vary according to the size, weight and final destination of the package. Expect to pay ~$100.00 for boards under 8-0", ~$150 to $220.00 for boards over 8-0". All boards are insured for full retail value. Remember to make a note on the freight bill if there are ANY sings of rough handling on the box or you will not be able to make a claim if the board is damaged.

PACKING FEE:
PER BOARD is $75.00 on longboards -over 8-0"- and 65.00 on shortboards -under 8-0"-. ALL BOARDS ARE SHIPPED IN A DESTINATION SURF DAY BAG, WHICH IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKING FEE. This is the safest way to ship the board in the box, and its cool to have a new bag to store your new board in.

RETURN POLICY:
THERE ARE NO RETURNS, except in cases where we have made an error -i.e., shipped you the wrong board. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Be sure to obtain approval with info@channinsurf.com so we can arrange the details. It is the shippers policy that it is the customers responsibility to make damage claims, though we will help in any way we can. So there is the hard-nosed official policy, but the bottom line is that we want you to be stoked.
